Conditions:
1. We do not accept the collectible items still available in stock on our catalog (we only accept your items if it is mentionned as SOLD OUT on our website)
2. Do not propose “current” items still available everywhere, we wish only “rare” collectible items in any case unavailable at most retailers… La Cité des Nuages reserves the right to refuse the items not answering the criteria.
3. Your collectible items must be in a new state, without defect.
4. The sale value must be higher than 100.00€. You must fix your selling price (you can consult us if you wish to obtain our expert testimony), we will increase this price by 15% (a 21% VAT is applied to these costs) which will be our commission.
The amount of the sales will be versed/ paid for you on your bank account without fees.
5. The items must be present physically in our showroom, you can come to deposit them or we can take them with our delivery company to your address (Germany cost except islands: 14,00€ by parcel, Belgium: 10.00€, GB: 22,00€ other countries in Europe please contact us). Thus the customers has the guarantee that the item is always available at the time of its purchase and in more/ moreover we have the possibility of proposing your items to the customers who visit our showroom.
6. If you wish, after an obligatory deposit time of 4 weeks, to recover your unsold deposit, it's possible for you to take it back in our showroom or to have it sent to you.
7. You agree with the points made?

NL - Voorwaarden :
1. Wij aanvaarden geen collectibles op voorraad in onze catalogus (als ze worden weergegeven als SOLD OUT is er geen probleem).
2. Doen niet "recente" delen, wij willen alleen "zeldzame" collectibles, in alle gevallen mag het niet beschikbaar zijn in meeste resellers...
La Cité des nuages behoudt het recht collectibles die niet aan de criteria voldoen te weigeren.
3. Uw collectibles moeten in een nieuwe staat en zonder defect zijn.
4. U moet uw verkoopprijs stellen (wij kunnen u met onze expertise adviseren ), we zullen de prijs met 15% verhogen (excl. BTW -
een 21% BTW wordt toegepast op deze kosten) dat onze commissie zal zijn. De waarde van de verkoop moet groter zijn dan € 100,00.
De winst op uw verkoop zal zonder commissie op uw bankrekening worden uitbetaald.
5. De collectibles moeten fysiek in onze showroom aanwezig zijn, u kunt hen zelf brengen of onze vervoerder komt het ophalen. (kosten voor België : €10,00 per pakket/ Netherlands: 11,00€). Zo heeft de koper de garantie dat de item altijd beschikbaar is op het moment van de aankoop en wij hebben meer mogelikheden om uw artikel voor te stellen aan de klanten die onze showroom bezoeken.
6. Na een verplichte periode van 4 weken na de indiening, kan u uw niet verkocht collectibles terugvragen als u wenst. U kunt het komen terughalen in onze showroom of wij kunnen het u terugsturen (Netherlands kosten: €10,00 per pakket / België: €7,00 per pakket)
