How can I get in touch with our customer service ?
Our support is available from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), a response will be provided the next business day at the latest.
If your question requires further analysis, the time may be a little longer for our support to take steps to collect the information. In busy periods the delay may be slightly longer. Your request will be the subject of a ticket number, thank you not to multiply your request on the different channels offered, this would make processing more cumbersome.
