It has the power to call thunderclouds, and manipulate thunder at will. Specifications that were never drawn by the original author "Yoshiki Takaya" were used to bring out even more charm to the design. The ability to reproduce scenes goes even deeper with the included "Lightning Drive" made from clear plastic, not to mention the ability to unequip and reequip the mantle and armour. We're sorry you had to wait to get it, but we know you'll be happy with the finished product.
