Valérian and Laureline has been one of the most loved of French comic series ever since its first release back in 1967. Since then it has gone on to sell more than 10 million copies and been translated into 21 languages. Now its coming to the big screen, courtesy of Luc Besson who has a close affinity for comics, and as the maker of The Fifth Element knows his way around a Sci-Fi epic.
